First We Ask Questions

First and foremost is to get to know you and your needs.

  • What is the mission of your business?
  • Who are your customers?
  • How will they search for you?
  • What image do you wish to project?
  • Do you have usable material or are we starting from scratch?

Next We Generate a Proposal

Then we brainstorm possible solutions and discuss them with you. Once we have a meeting of the minds, we write up a description of what we propose to do. The proposal may be a paragraph of text or a formal multi-page document, depending on the size of the job. We go back and forth with you as necessary until both sides are comfortable.

Then We Get To Work

Then, with your help, we gather up the raw materials (read more), roll up our sleeves and get to work. Along the way, we keep you informed, and ask additional questions to clarify intentions and get implementation decisions from you.

We've been around the block a few times, and know that things change. So we accommodate reasonable change requests during development. If something is too large to address, we work with you to understand your priorities and increase scope or re-focus work as needed.
